That’s why we hosted a virtual event last month, called Building Leadership Momentum on Day One.
Dess Wood, our Chief People Officer, introduced a smarter approach to onboarding. The strategy includes setting new leaders up for success by giving them candid input and insights from their new colleagues—before they even start their new role.
Dess also introduced her real life case study, Libby Stewart, ThoughtExchange’s new Director of Customer Success. At the time, Libby hadn’t even had her first day but had already begun our onboarding process.
