Host
Laura’s passion for stewarding collaboration stems from a decade of work experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and research facilitation. Having held professional roles spanning the higher education, governmental, and non-profit sectors, she was drawn to ThoughtExchange because of a genuine enthusiasm for tools and processes that support inclusive and effective decision making. In her current role, she works with higher education leaders to help them map their strategic use of ThoughtExchange to support their unique institutional goals.
While she has called the beautiful west coast home for most of her life, Laura feels lucky to have had the opportunity to live, work, and study in places such as China, India, and Europe. She is an avid (some might say obsessive) runner and would truly rather be outside at any given moment. Laura holds a Masters degree in Communication & Culture and is also a certified yoga teacher.
