On May 12, 2022, ThoughtExchange’s CMO, Lauren Kelly, and a panel of experts discussed women of color’s unique leadership experiences, insights, and challenges—plus strategized ways to drive systemic change.

They addressed the following issues:

• Navigating COVID-19 (school closures, mask mandates, policy changes, etc.)
• Supporting all students—especially those who have been historically oppressed
• Managing polarized communities, political divides, and negativity
