Prior to ThoughtExchange, Jayme was VP of Sales at Netsuite and SAP successfully building and scaling high performance teams by leveraging systems, processes and ensuring the customer is at the heart of any decision. Outside of ThoughtExchange, Jayme enjoys the outdoors with his family and is active in philanthropic efforts and supports the Strachan Hartley Legacy Foundation where he is raising donations for local charities to make a difference in the lives of youth through sport and education.


Liz Cain


Liz leads OpenView’s Investment team and sits on the Investment Committee. Liz joined OpenView in 2016 to lead the Expansion Platform delivering recruiting, market insights and marketing/sales strategy services to their portfolio. Today, she manages their Investment team and focuses on developing the systems, processes and team to identify and win the best expansion stage software deals.

Prior to joining OpenView, Liz was the AVP of Worldwide Business Development at NetSuite, the leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP. Liz’s experience spans technical support, sales operations, account management and marketing. Most recently she launched NetSuite’s Business Development Representative (BDR) and Solution Consulting Associate (SCA) teams, which she successfully scaled to a 170-person global organization. Liz was responsible for inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, the development and administration of product, sales, business and industry training, and campaign execution across these teams.


Rob Tomchick

SVP of Sales

Rob leads Lever’s global sales team, where he focuses his passion for recruiting and developing high-performance enterprise sales talent. Prior to joining Lever, Rob was Vice President, Software and Services Sales at NetSuite, where he successfully built a sales organization that aggressively scaled up-market, ultimately delivering more than $50M in annual new business bookings. Rob has been leading sales teams for over 12 years, and in addition to NetSuite has led teams at Percolate, SAP and Business Objects. Rob earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, as well as his Bachelor of Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.



Asad Zaman

As one of the rising stars in North America’s recruitment industry, Asad has excelled as an executive recruiter, strategist and leader. Over the last 4 years Asad has built Sales Talent Agency’s fastest growing division focused exclusively on executive, leadership and senior sales and marketing placements; and in 2017 and 2018 they placed the most sales and marketing leaders in Canada. In 2018, Asad launched a new division specializing in an underserved and fast growing part of the sales community: technical sales and solution engineers. Since joining STA, Asad has worked closely with C-level executives at fast growth technology companies to help them develop and define their sales hiring practices.

Currently Asad is the Managing Partner at Sales Talent Agency and leads their Executive Search, Technical Sales and Professional Services divisions. He was also chosen by the Toronto Board of Trade as Toronto’s Young Professional of the Year for 2019.
