ThoughtExchange uses sub-processors, such as cloud hosting providers, to provide infrastructure services and to help us provide customer support and other functions like email sending.
ThoughtExchange will make updates to the sub-processor list via this website. ThoughtExchange provides notification of updates to this sub-processor list via our product release notes. This Subprocessor list is effective from July 2, 2024.
ThoughtExchange performs due diligence on the information security practices and data protection compliance of all third-party sub-processors and requires each to commit to written obligations regarding their security controls and applicable regulations for the protection of personal data, including safeguards to govern international transfers of data.
